Mihir conducted systems thinking training programs for the Women on Board (WOB) cohort at ISDM and for the India Leaders for Social Sector (ILSS) leadership program. Both these programs aim to help participants familiarize themselves with the opportunities and challenges in the development sector to make them sector-ready for taking up leadership roles.
