Kartik Bitra joined DESTA as an Associate in June 2023. Kartik has a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and Masters in Product Design. After his education, he pursued India Fellow Social Leadership Program, in which he worked with a non-profit extensively on capacity building, project management, data management, women empowerment, entrepreneurship and livelihoods in tribal villages of Chhattisgarh. With his passion for addressing complex challenges, Kartik is poised to embrace a systems approach and drive transformative outcomes.
