DESTA facilitated a 2-day workshop at HCL Foundation for the leadership teams of its flagship programs HCLSamuday and Clean Noida – HCL Foundation. In the workshop participants explored newer ways of collective thinking and reflection using tools and processes of Systems Thinking.
The workshop was jointly organized by ISDM and HCL Foundation.The workshop was aimed at helping the team to reflect on their journey, articulate their story of success and think about future scenarios. The participants used tools such as Behaviour Over Time Graphs, to map out the key factors that have shaped their organization’s success, what kind of future they envisage and key structural challenges that they would want to overcome. All the reflections and insights were then synthesized into a causal loop diagram which served as a tool for the participants to discover levers of change for the future.
