Organizational Change Study for Reap Benefit

DESTA worked with Reap Benefit (RB) to conduct a study on how implementing a Team of Teams (ToT) structure in their organization has created impact, both in the desired and not so desired ways. The study documents how the change has happened, its impact and the key learnings from the process. The findings are based on personal interviews done with the founders and staff at RB and a group modelling workshop with the ToT members. Systems thinking and its tools were used to make sense of and present the findings. This is the first effort to apply systems thinking to understand the role of ToT in organizational change and how organizations could benefit from the learnings of applying ToT at RB.
