DESTA conducted systems thinking sessions for the cohort at Dasra Social Impact Alumni Engagement program 2020-21. Mihir Mathur and Kabir Sharma facilitated three sessions along with Mr Arun Maria on systems being, systems thinking and systems acting. The aim of these sessions was to help leaders identify systemic interdependencies and learn tools/frameworks that further their systems change work. The participants learned the approach, tools and ways of applying systems thinking with the problems they are trying to solve in the social space.
