Mihir and Kabir conducted a three day workshop on ‘Systems Thinking for Social Change’ at Indian School for Development Management (ISDM) that had participants from 9 organisations across 2 countries and 6 cities. The workshop was designed with an emphasis on theory-practice where the participants were involved in a lot of exercises to apply tools and frameworks to their own contexts, and learn collaboratively. Systems thinking tools such as Ice Berg, BOTG and Causal Loop Diagrams were taught and practiced. The workshop received a positive response from the participants.
