DESTA engaged with the cohort of 47 leaders from India at the Leaders with Purpose, exclusive civic leadership program by TCS Empowers (CSR arm of TC). Their program is designed to nurture and prepare TCS leaders to lead societal change and aims to harness leadership for a sustained commitment towards social change with lasting impact. DESTA showcased how systems thinking and system dynamics modelling could be applied to better understand the unintended consequences of our interventions and how to improve current outcomes by having the long term view while solving immediate problems.
