Mihir Mathur conducted a two day workshop on systems thinking for sustainable development at Pegasus Outbound Facility, for Aritra’s leadership program at Bangalore on 8th and 9th May. The participants worked in groups on thier professional themes by applying tools of systems thinking like BOTG, Causal Loop Diagrams through a group modeling process.
