DESTA conducted a two-day online workshop for the faculty of KJ Somaiya Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Development. The workshop was aimed at introducing the concepts and tools of systems thinking to get the participants a hands-on experience of applying them to real world systems. Use of case studies was done for practice while the participants also worked upon situations from their areas of work to apply systems thinking. All participants worked using STELLA Online software for making and sharing their causal loop diagrams. The workshop helped the participants to reimagine their areas of work using the lens of systems thinking lens and some of them even vowed to apply it in their projects and curriculum.
